Tukwila and the Puget Sound Region are experiencing major construction growth. With this growth the demand for qualified workers is over whelming. I believe with my experience and contacts within the Construction Industry I can help build Tukwila into a regional hub as a source for qualified manpower using our residence and to promote our community as an ideal location for new housing development projects . We must think progressively to help ensure our city is not left behind. In the profit driven industry we think out of the box and use unique ways, such as to partner with private industry and training centers. Our young adults need to have the opportunity to be able to afford to live in our city as they mature. Learn as you earn programs and Apprenticeship programs are within reach.
Let me use my 39 years of experience to help our future generations.

We raised our daughter in Tukwila and she bought her first home here. 2 of our 4 grandsons go to school in Tukwila. My wife has been employed with Tukwila Fire Department for over 27 years. I am on the Planning Commission, active within the community in various organizations and with King County as a trades mentor for at risk tradesmen.
